Luxury Legs is a high-end retailer of luxury designer legwear including tights, underwear, leggings, jeans and shapewear. The company was founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife team Stephen and Madeleine Sheldon who, having run a successful London store for 30 years, took their business online. Luxury Legs now has a solid customer base across the UK and Europe, selling through their own website www.luxury-legs.com and on Amazon.

Luxury Legs started working with GFS to improve their warehouse efficiencies and speed of order fulfilment. Their original process for labelling and despatching was manual, slow and clunky, which also meant it was prone to potential errors.

Luxury Legs were happy to continue managing their relationships with Royal Mail and DPD, but consulted GFS to reduce the manual time it took to produce the specific labels for each carrier.

GFS Selector enables multi-channel selling and multi-carrier labelling through a single integration

GFS implemented GFS Selector to meet Luxury Legs’ exact needs, integrating it with their existing carrier services and provider Visualsoft. This enabled them to print labels for all carriers and for all sales channels, through one single integration. Increasing automation has completely eliminated the need for manual data entry, which had been their biggest pain point, helping them to despatch more orders, with greater accuracy and speed, while freeing up valuable resource.

GFS Checkout allows delivery options to be added at the flick of a switch

Following the successful implementation of GFS Selector, Luxury Legs also chose to integrate GFS Checkout at the beginning of
2018. This enabled them to offer their customers a wider selection of pre-configured delivery options at the point of sale. Customers now have the additional choices of next day, nominated day, timed and click and collect delivery options. GFS Checkout also enables Luxury Legs to correctly present the expected delivery dates that are available for the customer’s address. This gives customers the power to choose the delivery service that best suits their needs, as well as manage expectations resulting in a reduction in inbound customer queries.
