Meet The Team
Daniel Ennor
Interim CEO
Daniel joined GFS as a Commercial Development Manager in 2007 having previously worked for British Airways & DHL.
In his role he is responsible for the Sales, Account Management & Marketing functions as well as GFS’s carrier strategy & procurement.
Peter Liu
Interim CEO
Peter joined GFS in 2001 as an Analyst/Programmer. Since then he has held various roles within the business including Software Development Manager, Head of IT and IT Director.
After 19+ years at GFS, Peter has a wide range of experience across the business.
Gary Hammond
Group Finance Director
Gary joined GFS in 2019. Gary brings extensive experience from prior roles as Group Finance Director of a leading service engineering business for several years and, having previously worked in the group finance functions of large corporates including TUI, OCS and Rentokil Initial.
Gary is responsible for the management of the core finance, revenue protection and compliance teams. This includes cash management, budgeting and forecasting, internal and statutory financial reporting and managing stakeholder relationships for audit, insurance and banking.
Stephen Deverson
Sales Director
When Stephen joined GFS in 2011 his role was to lead the new business sales team and help create the GFS collection & injection operation. Stephen progressed to The Board in 2013 when he became Sales Director. Stephen is passionate about the business and believes that our people and products provide our customers with a truly unique proposition.
With 25+ years’ experience in express logistics; it is the only industry that Stephen has worked in since leaving school. His previous experience includes time with ANC (now Fed-Ex), DHL Express SameDay, DPD & HDNL.
Bobbie Ttooulis
Group Marketing Director
Bobbie joined GFS in December 2017 as Group Marketing Director and became the first female Executive Director on the GFS Board. Bobbie came to us from Experian where she was Marketing Director for Europe, Middle East and Asia region. Prior to that her career has been in IT.
Bobbie is a highly motivated global sales and marketing leader with 25+ years of experience in Technology, Services and Logistics with companies ranging from global market leaders to tech start-ups. Bobbie leads the Marketing function, the ‘muscle’ behind sales, who drive the strategy and execution for sales growth.
Martin Colloff
Operations Director
Martin is the new boy on the block having recently joined GFS from Evri where he held the position of Head of Client and Network Distribution.
Martin has worked in logistics for over 25 years, starting his career as a DHL courier back in the early 90’s, he furthered his career with DHL before moving into senior roles in Sainsbury’s and Next, and 5 years at Hermes before joining GFS.
David Harding
Customer Relationship Director
David joined GFS in 2018. In his role at GFS, he is responsible for leading the Account Management team, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service and support to customers, with a clear focus on helping their business grow through new innovative services and solutions.
David has more than 25 years’ experience working in Logistics. Prior to joining GFS, he worked for DHL Express for over 15 years in a variety of UK and Global roles; this included having ownership and responsibility for the Financial and Professional Services sector across Europe.
John Clarke
Chief Technology Officer
John joined GFS in 2015 to lead the company’s software development team. He had previously spent over twenty-five years designing technology solutions and leading high-performance development teams across diverse industries including finance, public safety, and broadcast television. John has a passion for technology, and empowering development teams to create the best solutions for their customers.
In his spare time, John enjoys following all forms of motorsport, especially his annual trip to the Le Mans 24 Hours in France. He’s also a keen sea kayaker and has recently discovered the joys of sailing yachts. To maintain the image of the IT Geek he’s also a fan of science fiction and fantasy films; and loud music.
Vicky Lomax
Director of Customer Care
Vicky joined the team back in April 2014. Her current role at GFS is leading the Customer Care team working to ensure we deliver a great customer experience. Vicky is passionate about innovation and is currently working on initiatives that will drive productivity and value across the GFS business.
Vicky has worked in the logistics industry for over 25 years. Vicky joined us from City Link where she was responsible for several different roles within Customer Care these included leading on-site customer services teams and regional delivery centres.
Gail Bigglestone
Director of Commercial Performance
With over 30 years of experience in the logistics and delivery industry, Gail Bigglestone has been a driving force in the commercial landscape at GFS. Joining the company in 2008 as a Commercial Development Manager, Gail rose through the ranks, taking on pivotal roles such as Director of Account Management and Director of Client Services; focusing on customer-centric strategies and new business development.
Now serving as the Director of Commercial Performance, Gail oversees the critical areas of Onboarding, Pricing, and Implementation for both new and existing clients. Her career has spanned roles at major logistics companies such as Parcelforce, DHL Express, and TNT Post, with responsibilities across the UK and Europe, including joint venture board positions. Gail’s passion for the industry is evident in her commitment to fostering knowledge and inclusivity within logistics—a space she has witnessed evolve significantly since she first started as one of the few women in the field.
Sarah Ribbans
HR Director
Sarah Ribbans is the HR Director at GFS, where she leads a successful HR team while spearheading initiatives focused on recruitment, training and development, occupational health, and company policy. She joined GFS in 2012 as the Director of Customer Care & HR and transitioned to her current role in 2018, having first collaborated with the company as an HR Consultant in 2007. Sarah was appointed to the Board as HR Director in April 2022.
Her strong belief that employees are the heart of any business drives her commitment to creating a culture where staff can thrive, grow, and collaborate effectively. Outside of work, Sarah is dedicated to training and competing in dressage with her horse. She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, often at the gym, stables, or walking with her husband and their Old English Sheepdogs.
