The New GFS Seeker

FAQs

Why have you created a new version of GFS Seeker?

Our new customer portal is the first step in the delivery of GFS’ new Cloud ECM platform. Over time we will be consolidating access to all GFS features through this one ECM portal for our customers.

ECM will ultimately include access to all of our products, such as GFS Checkout and GFS Selector, plus new features designed to make managing your customers’ deliveries simpler and more intuitive.

What’s changed?

The core functionality remains the same.

We have implemented new web technologies, on top of our new ECM backend. This is designed to improve the speed of the portal as well as improve the overall user experience across different devices and web browsers. The new Cloud ECM platform provides the foundation for GFS to deliver new features in the future.

For the trial, Claims is not included in the release; it will be available when the new portal goes to full release.

What is expected of me during the trial?

Please use the new portal as per the existing Seeker site. You should have access to all existing functionalities (except Claims), which will be included as part of the full product release.

Why is Claims not part of the trial?

The Claims feature has been completely re-imagined to improve the efficiency with which claims can be created by customers. Therefore, we will be re-platforming the transformed Claims feature on the new platform as part of the full release.

What additional features are part of the full release?

In addition to the core functionality, we will be enabling the new claims interface as well as an option to allow an administrative user within your organisation to create and manage additional user accounts within your organisation.

How can I access the new portal?

The URL to access the trial is located here:

Your GFS Account Manager will provide you with your access credentials.
