Main Areas of Responsibility:

Deliver revenue opportunities through:

  • Analysis of supplier charges to ensure all revenue is being invoiced in line with customer agreements.
  • Supplier cost management to ensure accurate costs are incurred with any issues being raised with the supplier.
  • Quarterly analysis of customer’s carrier services, to best match customer’s needs against cost to GFS.
  • Monthly forecasting of parcel volumes and identifying and capitalising on future risk and opportunities.
  • Monthly optimisation of customer pricing, based on analysis of demand profiles, customer and carrier performance to improve our EBITDA.

Provide administrative support through:

  • Aiding Revenue Management Executives in their BAU activities.
  • Ensuring that all relevant data sources are timely, accurate and complete.
  • Ensuring that all processes are documented and kept up to date.
  • Assisting ad-hoc queries from stakeholders across Sales, Accounts and Financial teams.

Support improvement initiatives through:

  • Learning new approaches and practices to ensure continual improvement across process and deliverables.
  • Identifying areas of improvement that will result in increased efficiencies, productivity, controls, customer service and revenue across the business.
  • Picking up ad-hoc projects as & when required.

Qualifications and skills:


  • At least 1-year analytical experience
  • Previous experience of working within fast-paced Finance environment
  • Analytical with experience in data extraction, manipulation and presentation
  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to process large volumes of data efficiently & accurately
  • Present findings & insight to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to work off their own initiative
