The IT Services Analyst will support the GFS Group Operational IT and will work as part of a small operational IT team to maintain and administer GFS IT infrastructure. Part of the role will include support of the following areas:

  • Desktop and mobile computer devices (installation and repair);
  • User management within Microsoft Active Directory;
  • On-site printer (local and network) and PDA support;
  • Report management and customer management in Access WMS;
  • Office 365 administration;
  • Azure PaaS/IaaS service and server management;
  • Email (Exchange and Mimecast) user and system management;
  • Back-up management and Disaster Recovery testing;
  • Virtual machine and server management

Key Skills

  • Microsoft desktop and server administration
  • PC/Server/Printer hardware management
  • Active Directory user administration
  • Understanding of networking

Desirable Skills

  • Configure and Manage customers within the Access Delta WMS
    • Backend configuration
    • Order import and formatting
    • Testing and configuration of new clients
    • CSV imports and exports from various customer OMS/Ecommerce systems and channels
  • Report Management via Crystal Report
    • Accessing data via ODBC
    • Working with MS SQL to populate reports
  • Azure IaaS/Paas management or relevant cloud infrastructure experience
  • VMWare knowledge
