We currently have a vacancy for a full time Finance Team Administrator.

  • Must be adept in use of computer systems

Profile

Self-driven, with a high level of attention to detail, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality work. Reliable, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential attributes.

Principle areas of responsibility

  • Administrative duties including dealing with customer/supplier queries
  • General office management and administrative duties
  • Transaction processing
  • Assisting with reconciliations
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger processing
  • Assisting with preparation of monthly financial results

Qualifications and skills

  • Ideally AAT studier (not essential)
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Use of accounting systems
  • IT literate with strong Excel skills

Key competencies:

  • Numerate, with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good communicator with staff and customers
  • Strong telephone manner and experience of dealing with customer queries
  • Flexible, adaptable with a willingness to undertake general office administrative duties
