As a Data Quality and Compliance Executive at GFS, you will responsible for assisting the revenue development team in maximising all revenue opportunities available through managing the quality of data entry in company systems and compliance to internal business processes.

You are quick to learn and able to take ownership of your role. You have strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Experience in data entry and compliance is desirable although an interest in a career path leading towards commercial finance reporting and analysis is key.

You will work within a small team with a varied workload, able to take instruction and apply your training to work on your own initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the timely and accurate data entry of customer rate cards and supplier estimated cost tariffs
• Confirm that customer despatch profiles containing benchmark financial and operational KPIs are maintained
• Ensure that customers rate cards are updated with their latest pricing variations
• Safeguard business profitability by ensuring that business processes compliance
• Ensure supplier invoice files are processed accurately

Education and Experience

Essential:
• High level of attention to detail
• Quick learner and able to apply instruction to varied workload
• Experience of Microsoft office, especially in MS Excel
• Good communicator both written and verbal

Desirable:
• Degree Level education
• Experience of working within Accounts/Finance environment
• A background in logistics/distribution
• Understanding of contracts and compliance
